Return to Listing Page Director of Member Care • Job Number: 125 • Type: Credit Union • Asset Size: $1.5 billion • Location: Hallettsville-TX • Compensation: $Excellent • Relocation: Yes The growing and financially strong, $1.5 billion Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, is looking for a strong leader to join their team as the Director of Member Care.  This individual will be responsible for the effective management of the Member Care functions at the Customer Contact Center in Hallettsville, TX.  Will ensure superior member service is offered when members are provided with information, during problem resolution and when the Member Care staff processes transactions.  This position is responsible for oversight of compliance with credit union procedures and regulations.  Accountable for achieving efficiencies and cost control through appropriate staffing, efficient and effective work processes, and adherence to the established budget.  A bachelor's degree, a proven track record of leadership skills in a team environment, and 5-7 years of financial institution call center management experience required.
