Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations, along with the strategic direction of the mortgage and commercial lending departments as well as collections. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential. Minimum 10 years lending experience in a financial institution and a bachelor's degree required. Must have experience in both mortgage and commercial lending. Reference #119.
